On September 14, 2022, President Joe Biden held a press conference at Huntington Place on media day at the first Detroit Auto Show since before COVID.
Jocelyn Benson Fundraiser
A fundraiser was held for SOS Jocelyn Benson on September 8, 2022. Michigan Supreme Court Candidate Kyra Harris Bolden was in attendance.
Candidate Forums
The club held three candidate forums prior to the August 2, 2022, primary: one in each of our cities, Royal Oak Township, Oak Park and Huntington Woods.
2021 holiday party and toy drive
On December 2, 2021, the club got together at Oak Park Social to celebrate the upcoming holidays and all the we’ve accomplished over the past year.
We also held a toy drive for Toys for Tots to
help spread holiday cheer.
